    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Payroll Administrator to join our Finance Team in Cape Town. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in payroll systems, international regulations and ability to collaborate with local HR, finance teams and third-party payroll providers.

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Motivated and self-driven approach
    • Commitment to technical excellence
    • Good relationship building skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in multiple countries
    • Ensure payroll accuracy by verifying employee data, timesheets, benefits and tax compliance
    • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
    • Maintain compliance with local and international payroll regulations
    • Prepare and submit statutory reports such as tax filings, social security and labor reports
    • Stay updated on changes to global payroll laws and regulations
    • Work with our local accounting partners in each payroll region to resolve payroll queries if any
    • Work with HR and IT teams to ensure payroll systems are up-to-date and optimized
    • Manage integrations between payroll systems and other platforms
    • Support audits and provide necessary payroll documentation

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 10 years of experience in payroll processing preferably in a global or multinational environment
    • Proficiency in payroll systems
    • Strong knowledge of global payroll regulations and tax compliance
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
    • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent
    • Global Payroll Management Certificate or similar
