- Manage and oversee foreign exchange operations for Hire Resolve
- Monitor and analyze foreign exchange markets and trends
- Develop and implement foreign exchange strategies to optimize currency conversions and minimize foreign exchange risk
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banks, brokers, and other service providers
- Negotiate and execute foreign exchange transactions
- Ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations and internal policies
- Manage cash flows and liquidity in foreign currencies
- Monitor and reconcile foreign bank accounts and transactions
- Prepare and present reports on foreign exchange activities and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in foreign exchange operations or treasury management
- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and currency hedging strategies
- Experience in managing relationships with financial institutions
- Familiarity with foreign exchange regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
