We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate with a BCom degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, or Investment Management to join our team as an Institutional Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist institutional clients with their inquiries and issues.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have the necessary assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional services to clients.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance and resolve any discrepancies.
• Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, or Investment Management.
