Job Advert Summary:


Eduvos is looking to employ the services of a Finance Business Partner (commonly referred to a Campus Management Accountant) to be based at our Bedfordview or Pretoria campus on a permanent basis


Position Type:


  • Permanent

The Position:


  • To provide support in the budgeting, financial and business decisionmaking processes associated with business operations at a campus through management accounting services

Minimum Requirements:


Minimum qualification:


  • BCom degree in Financial Accounting or other management accounting qualification
  • CIMA qualification is preferable

Experience:


  • At least two years' experience in a management accountant role or relevant finance business partnering role

Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:

As the Finance Business Partner (i.e.

Campus Management Accountant), you will be primarily responsible for the following:


  • Annual budget preparation
  • Monthly budget tracking
  • Compile monthly group management reports / accounts
  • Ongoing financial reviews (financial reporting, advice and guidance to the business)
  • Perform campus internal audits on financial SOP's (measure the level of compliance)
  • Finance representative / budget management (financial lead) on company projects (financial business case) ad hoc assistance
  • Financial onboarding implementation support to National Academic (Campus enrolment and student life cycle) training, collaboration on endtoend enrolment process from a financial point of view
  • Ad hoc projects for example pricing projects

  • Computer literacy
  • Working knowledge of a financial systems, for example MS Dynamics 36
  • Bookkeeping knowledge will be advantageous
