Our client, a reputable dealership in Cape Town, is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workshop Foreman in a dealership environment

• Proven track record in managing workshop schedules for maximum efficiency and productivity

• Strong technical knowledge to assist and guide technicians

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required

• Skilled in handling workshop KPIs, including job card management, time management, and quality control

• Able to maintain factory standards, audits, and compliance requirements

• Leadership skills to motivate and manage workshop staff effectively

• Results-driven with a focus on achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations for maximum efficiency

• Assist and guide technicians in technical matters

• Manage workshop schedules and job cards efficiently

• Ensure compliance with factory standards, audits, and regulatory requirements

• Motivate and manage workshop staff to achieve high performance

• Maintain quality control and ensure customer satisfaction
