    Senior Event Manager

    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Event Manager to join our team at Bright Search Recruitment Pty Ltd.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior event management roles within luxury hotels or high-end event venues.

    You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, managing complex events, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute event concepts, themes, and logistics that exceed client expectations.
    2. Maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, corporate partners, and VIP guests.
    3. Manage event budgets, profitability, and financial reporting to ensure optimal results.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless events, including marketing, sales, and operations.
    5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, luxury hospitality standards, and high-end guest expectations to drive innovation and excellence.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or Business Administration.
    • At least 5 years of experience in senior event management roles within luxury hotels or high-end event venues.
    • Proven track record of handling high-profile events, corporate functions, and VIP clients.
    • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
    • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
    • Excellent communication and client relationship management.
    • Financial acumen to manage event budgets and profitability.
    • Knowledge of event trends, luxury hospitality standards, and high-end guest expectations.
    • Experience with hotel management and event booking software (e.g., Opera, Delphi, EventPro).
    • Familiarity with AV equipment, décor styling, and banqueting logistics.
