Bookings Clerk / Franchise Motor Dealership Service Reception

Salary:

Good basic + incentives + company contributions to medical aid and provident fund.

Description:

Our client, a very popular brand of vehicle dealership, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Receptionist to join their team.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

Meet and greet customers and assist with booking in of vehicles.
Schedule service and repair appointments and obtain authorisation where required.
Answer customer queries and provide information about service provided.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Receptionist in the motor industry is a must. This is a very busy dealership and you will be part of a large team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Evolve.
RSA citizen
Minimum Senior Certificate / relevant NQFL Qualification.
Clear criminal and credit record.
