Purpose of the Job:
To provide expert management and specialist advice services to the business for security, intelligence, loss control, investigation and analysis related matters, in support of security and crime risk mitigation strategies.

What you'll have done before:
- Baseline:
- NQF Level 7 (Degree or Advanced Diploma in Security Management)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate Security
- 23 years related technology experience

- 10 years in Corporate Security environment

What you'll be doing:
Physical Security Management:
- Provide expert advice and management services to all areas of the business in the following fields: security risk management, security crisis management and security operations to manage and mitigate Engen's security risk in the following areas: supply chain security, facilities' physical security, retail security, international travel security, executive and expatriate protection, emergency preparedness, critical infrastructure security
Investigations Management:
- Manage and conduct security, product loss, and criminal incident investigations in support of Engen's security strategy and standards
Intelligence Gathering and Analysis:
- Gather, assess, analyze and action securityrelated intelligence through developing and
- organisations in support of loss control strategies, management of crime, fraud and socioeconomic risk to Engen

Stakeholder Management and support:
- Manage stakeholders' relations with law enforcement, prosecutorial, intelligence and military

Loss Control:
- Facilitate and support the implementation of loss control strategies, solutions, processes,
- industry best practice
- Technology:
- Identify, assess and implement security technologies relevant to Engen's business and risk
environment
