CREDITORS CLERK

UMLAAS KWAZULU-NATAL
Urgently seeking an experienced Creditors Clerk that is available immediately for my client based in Umlaas, KwaZulu-Natal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reconcile supplier statement to accounting system

Resolve queries with suppliers

Ensure that payments to suppliers are loaded on a timely basis

Maintain master files for each creditor

Manage creditors' age analysis

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Matric

Studying towards a financial qualification is an advantage

Experience in creditors' function

Advanced Excel

Attention to detail

Ability to communicate

Follow through

Investigation skills

Take responsibility for allocated tasks

**SALARY: Negotiable
