    Description

    Job Title:

    Technical Support Specialist

    Summary:

    An experienced Technical Support Specialist is required to provide first-level technical support to internal stakeholders and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot problems faced by end-users of PCs, laptops, and mobile phones
    • Develop and deploy solutions for all computer-related problems
    • Provide accurate information on IT products, services, and assets
    • Follow-up and update customer status and information

    Requirements:

    • BSc/BA in IT/Computer Science/Information Technology or Computer Science/IT Engineering
    • A+ certificate would be an added advantage
    • N+ certificate would be advantageous
    • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in service desk, networking, and systems administration environment

    Skills:

    • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
    • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

    Salary:

    $50,000 - $70,000 per year
