Office and Accounts Assistant Vacancy
Our client is a leading luxury tour operator with a global presence who are looking for a dynamic and energetic Office and Accounts Assistant.
The Role
Duties of this role would include the following:
- Monitoring of basic accounts and answering queries
- Reconciling and preparing expense requests for approval
- Filing
- Liaising with suppliers and thirdparty service providers
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation & tracking monthly
- Managing all proof of payments to freelance contractors and suppliers
- Office Reception duties
- Assisting with gifting, managing the gift storeroom and stock, and packing guest welcome wallets
- Proofreading guest itineraries
- Tracking third party expenses and suppliers
- General Office Assistance
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent language skills.
- High attention to details.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Logical thinker.
- Highly organised.
- Extremely accurate.
- Great admin skills.
- Grade 1
- Tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
- Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous.
- Covid19 vaccination is a prerequisite.
Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
License/Certification:
- COVID19 Vaccination Certificate (required)
