Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Westfalia Fruit. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project activities, including people, systems, time, and budget, from initiation to end of project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate project timelines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide weekly project status reports, including progress, risks, finance, and other relevant information.
• E nsure the Health and Safety of colleagues and contractors on-site.
• Collaborate with the design team, comprising internal and external engineering members.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Agricultural/Civil or Mechanical) or related field.
• Professional Engineering certification is an added advantage.
• Post-graduate project management certification is also beneficial.

Experience:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar environment.
• 5 years of experience as a GMR2.1 or 16.2 Health and Safety appointee.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer is essential.
