Job Title: Motor Claims Relationship Manager for HCV and Farm Implements

This role requires a strong professional with expertise in motor claims assessment and relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and control Motor Body Repairers' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Support the Assessing team
• Handle and manage complaints effectively
• Develop and maintain excellent report writing skills
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of Smart Repair Technology
• Absorb and apply repair versus replace methodology

Key Performance Indicators:

• Normalise Cost Ratio (NCR)
• Average Repair Cost (ARC)
• ARC plus Ancillary Cost (ACPC)
• Utilisation of alternative and green parts
• Additional cost after First Repair Cost (FRC)

System Management:

• Abuntex
• Qapter Connect
• RPM
• Parts Procurement Systems
• PartSmart

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in motor assessing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Heavy Commercial Vehicle and farming implements
• Abuntex Certification
• Claims Centre expertise
• Santam System knowledge
• Technical Qualification
