Description
The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs and deliver first class customer service in an omni channel Contact Centre environment.
A key success measure will be the ability to assist clients with bookings and facilitate the payment process for services offered by Marie Stopes South Africa.

Flexible Working Hours between 07:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 13:00 Saturdays - Based on business needs.

- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Formal Call Centre Experience (advantageous)
- Fluent in English and a 2nd language which must be an official South African language
- Experience working on booking software (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, writing)
