    Job Title: Maintenance Quality Assurance Site Specialist

    Location: Gauteng, Centurion

    Salary: Estimated R250,000 - R350,000 per annum

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the quality and acceptance of Vodacom sites according to schedule 2.21 Scope of Work and any instructions/standards provided.
    • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets per county as required.
    • Conduct routine checks on Tools, Vehicles, Test Equipment, Laptops, Cellphones, and ensure they are in good condition and safe for use.
    • Maintain a register of all equipment and tools.
    • Comply with Health and Safety requirements of Bidvest FM and client's requirements as applicable on site.
    • Update access procedures and work status according to agreed processes.
    • Clear relevant alarms before leaving a site visit.
    • Update tasks on provided tools and systems as required.
    • Complete all required activities according to scope of work.
    • Assist junior technicians with site access, duties, and other tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    • National Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.
    • Qualified electrician (Wireman's license) or master electrician with three-phase accreditation.
    • Matric/Grade 12 certification.
    • Valid Code 08 EB Driver's License.
    • 3-5 years' experience in PPM, RAN, and TX in Telecommunications Environment.

    Technical Competencies:

    • Maintenance skills and advanced electrical skills.
    • RAN and TX skills, reinstatement CPM skills.
    • Electrical skills, advance driving skills.
    • RF skills, 4x4 advance driving skills.
    • HIRA (Fire & Fist aid), WOH (Working on Heights)- rescue.
    • Medicals Advanced, Prism skills.
    • ASP experience on maintenance, communication and leadership skills.
