Key Performances Areas:
- Act as the first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
- Manage and coordinate the diary of the Executive by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings;
- Plan and organize security, travel and accommodation whenever required;
- Plan all personal requirements as requested by Executive which will include home arrangements and children
- Provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages, and other administrative tasks as required to support the Executive;
- Provide support for meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating documents and reports, taking minutes, and following up on action points;
- Service meetings of the Executive Team by drafting and collating papers and reports, preparing manageable agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions points;
- Plan and manage executive officeled organizational events such as Staff Meetings, Management Meetings and Executives Meetings and others as required;
- Participate and contribute to organizational/team meetings as required;
- Provide reports for the Executive as required;
- Carry out all the duties with the utmost complete discretion and high regard for confidentiality;
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the companies values, policies, and procedures;

R10,000.00 per month
