    Exciting Opportunity for a Unit Manager in the ICU

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to lead our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at one of South Africa's leading hospitals in Potchefstroom, North West.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in General Nursing
    • SANC Registration
    • Post Basic Qualification in Critical Care - Essential
    • Minimum 2-3 Years of Shift Leading or Management Experience in Critical Care

    Your Responsibilities

    As a Unit Manager in the ICU, you will be responsible for:

    1. Ledning and managing a team of critical care nurses and other healthcare professionals
    2. Ensuring high-quality patient care and developing strategies to improve outcomes
    3. Maintaining accurate records and reports, as well as adhering to hospital policies and procedures
    4. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
    5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality
