    Description

    Business Development Specialist

    We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist with a technical background in electronic security products or electrical industry to drive customer engagement and achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pursue new business opportunities and expand our BD portfolio.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
    • Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Matric certification is mandatory.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is an advantage.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in technical sales within the electronic security, electrical, or office automation industry.
    • Excellent communication, sales, and client relationship management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking abilities.
    • Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
    • Valid driver's license and own transportation.

    The salary for this position is R25,000 to R35,000 plus commission. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your performance and contributions.
