As a Program Manager you will own stream line processes and work to build solid programs to support Amazon sellers and customers.

You will work directly with leadership, legal, operations, transportation, procurement teams, and a variety of internal and external partners to ensure the best seller experience possible.

Key job responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to build and execute initiatives and roadmaps to achieve business goals. This includes both short
- and long-term horizons.
Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
Gather and analyse data to uncover opportunities to drive Amazon growth and improvements
Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements.
Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
Track performance management mechanisms and seller performance on a day to day basis.
Write reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis.
Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions, creating solutions from scratch for short and long term.
