    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a seasoned Area Manager to oversee multiple retail furniture stores within a designated area. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all stores meet sales targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, and adhere to company policies.

    Description:

    The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, monitor store performance, conduct regular branch visits, and recruit, train, and manage Branch managers and sales staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    2. Monitor financial metrics and identify areas for improvement, developing action plans as needed.
    3. Conduct regular branch visits to ensure adherence to company standards and provide support to Branch managers.
    4. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams of Branch managers and sales staff.
    5. Perform performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to Branch managers and sales staff.
    6. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by monitoring feedback and making necessary improvements.
    7. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising departments to align strategies across branches.
    8. Effectively manage inventory levels and merchandise display.
    9. Enforce compliance with company policies, including safety, security, and operational guidelines.

    Requirements:

    1. Grade 12 diploma.
    2. At least 5 years of experience in retail management, with 2 years in furniture retail.
    3. Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in retail.
    4. Valid driver's license.

    Salary:

    $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
