- Capture detailed weekly Sales and Cabinet Stock on Actual Trading. (Sales Returns)
- Request new Sales Return from Meat Market Manager for all Sales with errors done on Butchery side.
- Check that all Scale/Calculator/Rewraps are completed on the Sales Return.
- Phone store for Incident Number in cases where there are missing Scale figures.
- Check that Cabinet breakdown is completed.
- Mince/Wors is recorded.
- Check Sales Return is signed by both Meat Market and Branch/Admin Manager.
- Capture all Packaging stocks recorded on Stock Sheet.
- Check all Meat, Spice, Pre-Pack Spice and Biltong closings stocks done on Flash are on the correct product and costing.
- Re-do Stock Sheet when a request for additional stocks has been approved. Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Business Managment or Office management advantageous Experience
- 2 to 5 years Extensive experience in administrative duties
- 3 to 5 years Microsoft Office
- Accpac or SAP Knowledge and Skills
- Relating and networking
- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations

Purpose of the Job
To verify the orders e.g. Stabil, own stock transport orders that were captured by the clerks are correct and accurate. They manage and capture butchery turnovers, cabinet stock, stock sheets and packaging on MMOS. They are also responsible for final authorisation of the trading returns to obtain the gross profit values and percentages
