Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with students in the aftercare program.
• Provide homework assistance and tutoring as needed.
• Develop and implement engaging activities that support learning and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and activities.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to student care and education.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children aged 101
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
