Responsibilities:
- Product Sales and Booking Orders for large scale mining consumables
- Product Margins / New Application Development
- Sales, Marketing & Business Development
- Condition Monitoring
- Weekly / Monthly Reporting
- Pricing Strategy
- Channel Sales
- International Business
- Internal interface with Operations and Finance
- Reporting to the Business Unit Head
- Managing 7 Sales Engineers
Requirements:
- A tertiary education in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
- A MBA would be ideal
- At least 15 years in Sales with 10 years in a similar role
- Must have a Sales, Marketing and Product selling background
- Strategic selling skills
- Good command of English written and verbal
- Must be Analytical and Service orientated
- Experience in this industry would be an advantage
- Must have excellent Team Management ability
