Design and Digital Marketing Co ordinator Administration ~ E-CommerceDurban - KwaZulu Natal
An exciting opportunity with Africa's leading wholesaler in PPE and related products to join the team as a Design & Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator will aid in building, maintaining, and promoting the brand by enhancing stakeholder engagement and networks through design and co-ordination within social media and drive marketing initiatives.
- Responsibilities:
- Social media management (Facebook | Instagram | LinkedIn | YouTube)
- Increase, monitor and report on social media engagement
- Create, plan, maintain and report on paid ads (Google | Meta | LinkedIn)
- SEO & website: Basic SEO, updates to info, layout, functionality & plugins
- Ensure POPIA compliance
- Analytics: Digital marketing metrics reporting Analyse metrics, recommend and implement solutions
- Internal marketing, communications & events
- Project management of retail store installations
- Designing floor plans, merchandising plans and layouts
- Ordering of any custom parts, liaising with service provider
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Designing signage, sourcing signage companies, overseeing process until installation.
- Coordinating orders, dispatch, service providers, signage, etc.
- Ensuring successful installation and merchandising in store
- Creation of new processes & maintenance plan, documentation etc.
- Adding stores to the website store locator
- Designing other marketing collateral that the customer might need (flyers, header cards, signage etc.)
- External event planning and coordination
- Assist with requests from Dromex staff & customers
- Brand/Marketing related
- Project management of marketing initiatives: Plan, monitor, collaborate and report
- Design & assist in populating artwork for various pieces for both print & digital marketing communications
- Assist with maintaining brand standard
- Promote the entire range of Dromex personal protective equipment and workwear
- Develop, maintain and build the entire range of Dromex personal protective equipment with stakeholders
- Follow up on leads and enquiries that are received by the regional office
- Represent the brand at Trade Shows, Corporate Days and other social events
- Assisting with Dromex Express retail stores, including ; identifying new sites and customers, compiling of stock orders, installation of fixtures and merchandising
- Creating awareness of our products, interacting with customers to listen to their feedback and developing new ways to market products
- Meeting monthly targets
- General Adhoc duties
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social media, Design
- 35 Years of experience in a similar position within Industry (PPE Workwear)
- 35 Years in marketing and design
- Understand safety legislation/committee affiliation
- SABS & SAIOSH
- Proficiency in MS Office 36
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite programs
- Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
- Application experience with Lightroom & Wordpress
- Ability to communicate effectively and have good negotiation skills
- Innovative approach and customerfocused
- Excellent people and organising skills to build relations with stakeholders and network
- Good decisionmaking skills and response to highpressure situations
