    Job Title: Training Operations Coordinator

    Location: Crowthorne - flexible working from home, two office days a month

    Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum

    Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with flexibility for client calls in different time zones

    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programmes. You will work with multinational clients and contribute to their learning experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with Key Account Directors and New Business Development to understand programme requirements and ensure successful delivery.
    2. Create project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for large-scale programmes.
    3. Coordinate with trainers, associates, subject matter experts, and vendors to prepare necessary resources for programme delivery.
    4. Schedule programme dates with trainers and associates, aligning with client needs.
    5. Create assigned programmes in our internal system, documenting logistical information for a seamless end-to-end process.
    6. Manage programme administration, including participant management as required.
    7. Support pre-course work, diagnostics, and evaluations.
    8. Review training materials for quality assurance and make necessary changes.
    9. Act as the main point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders regarding training logistics and operational details.
    10. Communicate programme updates to internal stakeholders and maintain positive relationships.
    11. Assist with web seminars as a technical producer/producer, as needed.
    12. Review programme evaluation and share with relevant stakeholders.
    13. Arrange printing and shipping of training materials/merchandise, as necessary.
    14. Manage company training stock/books, including updating reports and sending book mailers.
    15. Support the Training Operations Manager and other departments with ad hoc projects, when required.

    Ideal Candidate:

    1. Prior experience as a Training Administrator/Coordinator, ideally within a corporate training setting is desired.
    2. Strong organisational and project management skills.
    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
    4. Attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in work.
    5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    7. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, especially PowerPoint and intermediate Excel, Salesforce or Copilot.
    8. Working knowledge of virtual platforms like Webex, Zoom, or MS Teams.
    9. Exposure to an international working environment.
    10. Interest in data analysis and AI.
