What you'll have done before:

Baseline:

At least 5 years in Information Systems related experience with five of these linked to petrochemical and IT industry.
Degree in Bsc Statistic, BCom Accounting or IT degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Exceptional systems, numerical and data management skills.
Deep knowledge of SAP.
Experience working with banking systems.

Advantageous:

Postgraduate qualification in IT.
Ability to work successfully in an everchanging environment and navigate ambiguity.
Demonstrated ability to deliver business relevant results.

Advanced Electronic Card Payment Systems or Point of Sale & Payments Solutions Experience skills or desire to acquire same

What you'll be doing:

Proactively define electronic payment strategy, upgrades, development, management
Provide support by administering, processing, and managing queries on EDC/eFuel
Manage the SEFT Dealer payment query.
Provide support, administration, and management of loyalty cards and by ensuring processing and query management are handled effectively.
Provide Prepaid Card Management & Support
Provide support to customers and other stakeholders through management of customer queries.
Develop Reports and statistical analysis.
