    Job Description

    • Manage and oversee electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery and compliance with safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.
    • Supervise project teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and status.
    • Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise during project delivery.

    Requirements

    • NQF Level 6 Qualification in Built Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technician, or Quantity Surveying.
    • Code EB Driver's License required.
    • Registration with SACPCMP as Pr. CPM, Pr. Eng., or Pr. Tech. (Compulsory).
    • 10 years of experience in a project manager role within the Built environment.

    Benefits

    • Market-related salary of R900,000 - R1,000,000 annually.
