A leading pest control and hygiene entity in Bellville is looking for a
Service Supervisor to take full ownership, accountability and responsibility of service related issues, Pest Control Officers, Distribution planning and logistics.

DUTIES:


  • Set and manage budgets and targets
  • Manage and control pest control technicians
  • Set up and enforce route planning
  • Adhoc duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Matric
  • Pest control training
  • 10 years' sales experience in Pest Control and Hygiene industry
years' Service Management experience

  • Knowledge of:
  • EH & S


  • ISO900

  • OSH Act
  • Municipal Bylaws
  • Basic Conditions of Employment Act
  • HACCP and other food safety programmes
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to read and understand financial statements


  • Computer literate

  • MS Office + PowerPoint
  • Product knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Goal setting and planning skills
  • Integrity and reliability

HOURS:


  • 07:30 16:30 (or longer if required)
