Description
Duties will include the following- All Admin work - Brokers, Complaints, Investec (Print scan and update)
- Broker inquiries are filed in everyone's own folder on OneDrive
- Provider / insurers lists with codes updated and kept up to date
- Keep consultants' details up to date
- Open / follow up / close codes with insurers
- Upload cases on Atwork if the advisors request, check compliance
- Complete all documentation and agreements with the necessary information
- Manage the boardroom bookings
- File work - scan paper and store electronically
- PST certificates follow up and placed on learning
- Electronic filing of brokers documents
- Keep track of and send out birthday text messages
- Keep brokers' lists up to date
Salary:
From R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 5 years (required)
Language:
- Afrikaans (required)
