Being a Sales Consultant, you represent Vodacom. You will provide customers with personalised interactions. You will deliver excellent customer service whilst being courteous and having full knowledge of the Vodacom's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• New contract sales and up selling on upgrades
• Sim swops and handling customer queries
• Fibre sales
• Meet and exceed all sales targets
• Identify clients needs and respond to them
• Improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Insure every customer receives the best customer service experience

Requirements:

• Must have Knowledge on CRM Systems (C3D and M
• Have a confident and charismatic approach to peop)le
• Have understanding and knowledge of the cellular industry
• Be able to work in and as a team
• Be tech savy

Salary:
R5 000,00 - R6 500,00 per month
