As a 2nd Line Network Engineer in the Client Services team, you will be responsible for the Client Network environment. You will be part of a small network team support and maintain all aspects of the Client Network environment
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support Network infrastructure.
Documenting the Network environment.
Assist with reporting on the Network environment including
Attend and resolves incidents and client requests logged in the call management system.
Adhere to client Change control process, submit changes and attend CAB meetings.
Coordinate and work closely with internal, client and 3rd party support teams.
Assist with and give input to service designs, redesign, planning and implementation.
Provide service improvement recommendations.
Training, certification and upskill in relevant Huawei and Cisco technologies
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
5-10 year experience in network (LAN and WLAN) wireless support.
Huawei HCIP Certified ICT Professional – Routing and Switching (Preferred)
Cisco CCNP - Routing & Switching. (Alternate)
