Public Sector Team Leader to join their team, based in East London.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant Property Qualification
- Diploma in Accounting / Finance advantageous
- 2 years' experience in Team Management / Supervisory (Nonnegotiable)
- Property experience (Nonnegotiable)
- Collections experience (Nonnegotiable)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- SAGE experience
- MDA experience
- Driver's License essential
- Must be willing to travel
Duties:
- Leasing administration, billing, and receipts / refunds
- Tenant Collections
- Tenant Liaison
- Accounts payable (debtors and creditors)
