As an Call Handler, you'll be an integral part of our patient-centric team, helping us deliver smiles, one call at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering Calls: Professionally and promptly answer inbound calls from patients, addressing their inquiries, appointment requests, and concerns.

Patient Assistance: Provide accurate and friendly information about our dental services, appointment availability, and answer general questions about dental procedures.

Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule patient appointments using our practice management software.

Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our system.

Empathy: Show genuine care and empathy towards patients' needs, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed with sensitivity.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless communication and patient care.


Requirements:

• Preferred Dental Experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with dental practice management software (experience is a plus).
• A friendly and empathetic disposition.
• A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary:
R5,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
