    We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Machinery Technician to join our dynamic team at The Legends Agency. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our construction equipment fleet.

    About the Role:

    • Perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, and trucks.
    • Conduct regular preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing as per manufacturer guidelines.
    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
    • Carry out welding, gas cutting, and other power tool tasks with precision.
    • Maintain accurate records of all servicing, repairs, and consumables.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
    • Achieve prompt resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
    • Verify equipment performance through test drives and adjustments.
    • Upkeep high standards of cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness for all equipment.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Education: Red Seal/Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic qualification.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in civil construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related industries.
    • Auto electrical skills (an asset).
    • Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and preventative maintenance skills.
    • Proficiency with mechanical inspection tools and software.
    • Valid Code 10 drivers license.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in mining, farming, or construction equipment maintenance.
    • Expertise in welding and maintaining yellow construction vehicles.
    • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
    • Reliable, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
