Situated in the leafy suburb of Paradyskloof on the outskirts of Stellenbosch, this premier award winning 5-star hotel offers sublime luxury and world-class standards with blissfully provate accommodation for 64 guests, spa facilities and fine dining cuisine at its best.

We are in search of an outgoing, bubbly and professional RESTAURANT HOSTESS to take on duties for lunch and dinner service.

Responsibilities include bookings for guests, welcoming and seating of guests, wine sales, attending to custemers seated in the restaruant or within the hotel, on-line bookings and table reservations, daily cash-up and revenue summaries, office admin, liaising with the head chef, front office team and management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric plus a tertiary qualification in hospitality / hotel management

Previous experience within a fine dining environment is absolutely essential

Excellent communication skills in English

Own transport ESSENTIAL
