    Property Portfolio Manager

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee our portfolio of real estate assets.

    About the Role

    As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our real estate investments. You will identify and capitalise on investment opportunities, manage property operations, and develop strategies to enhance property value.

    Responsibilities:

    • Investment Opportunities: Identify potential investment opportunities and conduct thorough due diligence on prospective properties.
    • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase the value and profitability of existing properties in the portfolio.
    • Lease Management: Negotiate leases and rental agreements with tenants, ensuring timely collection of rent payments.
    • Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties to ensure they are in optimal condition.
    • Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reporting for each property, ensuring accurate and timely financial oversight.
    • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and property owners.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and provide guidance to a team of property managers and support staff, ensuring effective performance and development.

    Requirements:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification is required.
    • Proven experience in property portfolio management is essential.
    • A strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property management best practices is necessary.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management are necessary.
    • The ability to travel to and from client locations daily, with your own vehicle, is essential.
    • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team, is required.

    Estimated Salary:

    $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
