Embark on an exciting legal journey as a Contracts Attorney with our client This is a fixed-term position for a minimum of 6 months, starting on 2 January 2024.

The role is based in Auckland Park, Gauteng.


Purpose of the Role:

As a Contracts Attorney, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Directors by reviewing and drafting various contracts for clients.

This includes international and local collaboration agreements, research agreements, funding agreements, lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and data processing agreements.


Preferred Minimum Education and Experience:

Qualification: LLB or equivalent degree.

Legal Practice: Admitted attorney or advocate with at least five years of requisite experience in legal practice at an appropriate level.

Expertise: Highest level of proficiency in contracts law and commercial principles.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written.
