    Description

    Job Title: National Operations and Logistics Manager


    The successful candidate will be responsible for the full execution of vessel and landside processes, including cost ownership and maintaining strong relationships with key third-party service providers and government regulatory authorities.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage vessel (marine) operations and equipment (container) management
    • Oversee reefer management and logistics operations (depot, truck, rail)
    • Drive the execution of operational processes, ensuring seamless vessel and landside coordination
    • Take full accountability for cost ownership and operational efficiency
    • Engage with third-party service providers, including terminals, depots, haulers, and regulatory authorities to ensure service deliverables are met
    • Closely monitor all claims across regions to ensure effective resolution

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 10-15 years of management experience in operations and logistics within the ships agency industry
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams and complex operations
    • Extensive knowledge of the shipping industry, including vessel and logistics management
    • High-level operational focus with the ability to drive continuous improvement
    • Proficiency in computer systems and relevant logistics software
