    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement processes and systems that meet business needs.
    • Identify and deliver process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Establish effective frameworks, procedures, and approaches for customer services.
    • Achieve business operations and sales targets.
    • Ensure the business remains profitable.
    • Allocate resources to meet operational demands and ensure branches operate effectively.
    • Implement strategies aligned with company objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (advantageous).
    • MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus (advantageous).
    • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, focusing on customer service and sales.
    • Sound understanding of credit risk, underwriting risk, sales distribution, customer service operations, financial modelling, quality assurance, compliance, human capital, and legal frameworks.
    • Understanding of FAIS & NCR Act (advantageous).
    • Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
