Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking

To support our Relationship Managers in the day-to-day management of Growth portfolios, we are looking for skilled professionals to handle administrative, sales, and operational functions. This role requires a deep understanding of compliance requirements and excellent communication skills to interact with clients.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business & Commercial Banking or relevant field is essential.
• NQF6 (FAIS recognized) qualification is required.

Experience Required

• At least 3-4 years' experience as an Account Analyst with exposure to lending principles.
• Sales and client servicing expertise is necessary.
• Back-office Account Support or Client Service Support experience will be beneficial in understanding client interactions and processing queries.
• Credit or Retail Credit Collections experience, including completing credit applications, is preferred.
• Relevant intermediary experience under FAIS regulations is essential.
