POSITION SUMMARY

Our hotel cleanliness experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions. They maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.

No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success: ensuring a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
Anticipate and address guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
Clean public and employee restrooms and showers, including stocking bathroom with adequate paper goods and soap, cleaning all surfaces, and emptying trash.
Dust surfaces in assigned areas, including furniture, fixtures, woodwork, pictures, public or house phones, fire extinguisher boxes, exit signs, and air vents.

Educational Requirements:

Higher Education, Diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year
