Description

We are looking for a vibrant, experienced Administrator for our client to provide secretarial, office management and administrative services to the Risk and Compliance Department.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prioritise and categorise in tray of the office daily. Prepare correspondence for internal memos, general notice, reports, presentation etc.
  • Attend to office visitors and assist them with parking arrangements, enquiries, and all other relevant matters.
  • Schedule appointments and monthly meetings and diaries these for the

Executive Manager:
Risk, Compliance and Business Continuity.

  • Track incoming and outgoing files through register.
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing calls on behalf of the

Executive Manager:
Risk, Compliance and Business Continuity.

  • Liaise with suppliers on invoices and quotation queries.
  • File all correspondence for the Department. Procure goods and services on behalf of the Department via SAP.
  • Make local, national and international travel arrangements as and when required. Plan, schedule and monitor updates on Risk, Compliance and Business Continuity.
  • Consolidate Risk, Compliance and Business Continuity information for reporting.
  • Conduct basic Risk, Compliance and Business Continuity awareness programme.
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of the system updates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential qualifications and experience:


  • Grade 12 (NQF4), and at least 6 months secretarial certificate or Diploma
  • 3 years administrative or secretarial experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Computer literacy

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
R26,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • High School (matric) (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative/Secretarial: 3 years (required)
- working in municipality: 3 years (required)
