As an Odoo Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo applications to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

• Designing and developing custom Odoo modules and features based on client needs.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Ensuring seamless integration with other Odoo modules and external systems.

Project Support:

• Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Providing technical expertise during project implementation.
• Conducting unit testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Managed Services and Hypercare Support:

• Addressing service requests and incidents within SLA timeframes.
• Implementing enhancements and delivering technical fixes.
• Supporting clients post-implementation to ensure smooth operation.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Preparing technical documentation for custom modules and configurations.
• Maintaining accurate records of development tasks and deliverables.
• Providing monthly reports on managed services and technical developments to stakeholders.

Mentorship and Team Development:

• Mentoring Odoo Academy graduates and guiding them through their learning journey.
• Conducting code reviews and sharing best practices to foster a collaborative environment.

Professional Development:

• Pursuing relevant certifications to enhance skills and knowledge. Professional training will be covered by the company.
• Staying updated on Odoo development trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Passion for software products.
• Highly creative and autonomous.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in writing online content.
• Additional languages.
• Strong analytical skills.
