    Job Description:

    Midvaal Recruitment is urgently seeking highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety Training Specialists to join our Nationally expanding Training Department.

    The ideal candidates will be based in Midrand, but the role will also involve expansion to other locations including Durban, Cape Town, George, and Port Elizabeth.

    To succeed in this position, you must possess:

    • ETDP Seta registered Assessor accreditation in Unit Standards such as US 252250, US 259622, US 119567, US 13961, and US 376480.
    • HWSeta or TETA accredited Assessor/Moderator status for US's US 242974, US 242972, US 116231, US 116235, US 242981, and US 123259.

    You should hold a minimum NQF Level 5 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.

    A minimum of 3 years' practical working experience within the OHS discipline is required.

    Registration with a recognized OHS professional body is essential.

    A Facilitator-Learner ratio of 1:15 and willingness to travel are also necessary.

    A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for work-related activities.

    Fluency in English and at least one other official South African language would be advantageous.

    Excellent communication skills and professionalism are mandatory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Deliver high-quality training sessions to meet client expectations.

    - Assess and moderate learner performance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Occupational Health and Safety.
