    Description

    A leading organization is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a contract to create and develop engaging e-learning content and training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, digital learning technologies, and project management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and Develop Interactive E-Learning Courses
      • Create interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
    • Implement Instructional Design Methodologies
      • Apply ADDIE or other instructional design models.
      • Implement adult learning theories.
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
      • Translate technical content into engaging learning materials.
    • Manage Learning Management Systems
      • Deploy and track courses using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Conduct Quality Assurance and User Testing
      • Evaluate content effectiveness through quality assurance and user testing.
    • Develop Training Materials and Guides
      • Design multimedia elements and guides.
    • Stay Updated with Learning Technologies and Industry Trends
      • Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the field of digital learning.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Strong Background in Instructional Design
      • 5+ years' experience in instructional design and content development.
    • Proficiency in E-Learning Authoring Tools
      • Expertise in e-learning authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems Administration
      • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and course deployment.
    • Excellent Project Management Skills
      • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Creative and Innovative Mindset
      • Capacity to design engaging learning experiences.
