    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to assist management in identifying and fulfilling their departments training requirements, leading to improved team productivity.

    The ideal candidate will closely monitor training provided by internal and external trainers, take prompt corrective action to improve learning results, and ensure accurate training records are kept up-to-date.

    This role involves scheduling training interventions based on needs analyses, managing/administering training participants' attendance from start to finish, and assisting the HR Manager in compiling and administering the annual training budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and improve training quality
    • Schedule and manage training interventions
    • Maintain accurate training records
    • Assist with budget administration
    • Research and implement better training methods

    Requirements:

    • Matric (NQF 4) or relevant Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial & Organizational Psychology
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Proven customer service focus
    • Minimum of three years experience in a similar position

    Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
