    Field Service Technician (M/F)

    Position Overview

    Maintain, service and repair material handling equipment, systems and products on company premises in a timely and cost-effective manner.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Servicing of material handling equipment and maintaining forklift serviceability to specified standards and according to set procedures.
    2. Accurate diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns; communicate required repairs to customers and supervisors.
    3. Vehicle maintenance and operational data/history updates; timely communication of necessary records.
    4. Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional interactions.
    5. Maintain proper communication with workshop staff and customers.
    6. Adhere to OHSACT requirements on company and client premises; verify vehicle safety device operations and comply with regulations.
    7. Pursue ongoing job knowledge through educational opportunities.
