Chief Operating Officer - Under roof farming - Western Cape R R Paarl

Chief Operating Officer (COO):
Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company, including sales, installations, and stock management.

Provides strategic direction and ensures effective implementation of company policies.

KPIs:

Overall company performance and profitability

Operational efficiency and cost control

Customer satisfaction and retention

Strategic goal achievement

KPAs:

Strategic planning and execution

Operational oversight and management

Financial management and budgeting

Stakeholder relationship management

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience in executive leadership positions

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the cannabis industry and/or agricultural sector (preferred)

Years of age (preferred)

Well established under roof farming company expanding in the industry are in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with no less than 3 years experience and an excellent stable working record (longevity in their previous COO position/s) to become part of their team.
