Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will create engaging video, photo, and graphic design content for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our internal Learning Management System.

Main Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality visual content to promote real estate developments, commercial campaigns, and retail malls and their tenants on multiple social media platforms.
Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts, scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and marketing team to develop cohesive marketing strategies.
Foster community engagement through active social media presence and high-quality content.
Generate monthly digital reports to measure return on investment and assess strategy and goals.

Key Requirements:

Social media management qualification or relevant experience.
A proven track record of managing social media accounts on various platforms.

Essential Skills:

Experience in video creation, photography, and graphic design.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of video, graphic, and photographic content.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
Good work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with team members.
