Job Title:
Customer Liaison Officer Marketing and Sales

Location:
Somerset West

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing, Sales & Customer Liaison Officer.

As the Customer Liaison Officer Marketing and Sales, you will be responsible for coordinating initiatives and projects within the Business Development Cluster and Business Operational cluster, as well as supporting Stakeholder activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, control, and report on project progress
Manage stakeholder relations
Plan and execute workshops, events and functions
Lead medium to large size shows and exhibitions from concept to delivery
Prepare detailed and professional briefs for event requirements
Collaborate with marketers to ensure objectives are met
Support Sales at exhibitions
Demonstrate creative outputs towards planning, concept and execution of business development and related events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration/Project Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in project management
Experience working with procurement procedures, suppliers, and contractors
Good interpersonal, facilitation and conflict management skills
Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills
Experience in line management functions required
Highly organized, selfmotivated and attention to detail
Innovative with a strong drive to continuously improve processes
Highly adaptive and flexible in a fastchanging environment
